Side effects of fat dissolving injections are rare. You may experience swelling, bruising, itching, pain, sensitivity to pressure and excessive warmth at the injection site however, this is usually resolved within three to five days.
As with all treatments that involve needles. The injections may sting for a few seconds, but generally, pain is minimal with our fat dissolving treatments. We also always offer the option of applying a topical numbing agent to the treatment area to minimise discomfort.
We recommend a course of 2-6 treatments.
