Refunds
In relation to purchasing products/services from us, there is no option for a refund available. Due to the nature of the goods/services that we supply, these can’t be refunded unless missing and/or not received.

Exchanges
Medical grade skincare and supplements are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged due to the nature of the products.
Shipping returns
We do not accept returns of any items ordered from us. This is due to the nature of the products that we provide.
